Momodu Kassim-Momodu, Chairman, was a Senior Lecturer Department of Jurisprudence and International Law, University of Lagos, Lagos-Nigeria until 1987 when he was head-hunted by Gulf Oil Company Nigeria Limited (now Chevron Nigeria Limited). He worked for the company in Nigeria, United States of America, and the United Kingdom for twenty years before re-joining the law firm he established in 1984 when he was still with the University of Lagos.

Abdulmumini Bala Ahmed, Legal Adviser, is a seasoned lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Bayero University Kano. Prof. A.B Ahmed holds a PhD, and Masters in Law. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. His academic contributions and teaching experience cut across taxation, tax administration, labour, criminal and company law.
Oladayo Olaide, Director, is the Deputy Country Director of MacArthur Foundation in Nigeria. He is a seasoned international development professional and Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in project management, budgeting and financial reporting, policy analysis, capacity building and monitoring and evaluation, advocacy spanning extractive industries, revenue transparency and anti-corruption, democracy and governance in Nigeria and West Africa.
Feyisetan Adunbi, Diaspora Representative, holds Masters Degree in African Studies (Women, Gender & Sexuality specialization) from Yale University.
